Many users start discovering the SaaS applications in their environment in minutes. Most users will have enough data to start organizing their environment, find redundant apps, and identify security risks within five (5) business days.

An Administrator or Global Administration will need to grant Calero access to the tenant data. Once access is granted, Calero retrieves a month’s worth of events. From that point onward, the platform will fetch data every 24 hours. The events retrieved include basic information about the process name or URL to help identify vendors and applications, timestamps for events, and the email address of the person connected to the event.  

Discovery connectors integrate with Calero via an API to identify SaaS applications, users, and usage within your company. We currently have discovery APIs available for:

• CrowdStrike (desktop SaaS only)
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint P2
• Microsoft Entra
• Okta
• OneLogin
• Salesforce SSO
• Threatlocker
