As CEO and member of the board, Scott is responsible for leading the Calero organization into its next era of growth and innovation. A seasoned executive with over twenty years of experience in executive positions at telecom organizations, Scott brings a passion for how operations, sales, and technology can work together to deliver a truly exceptional customer experience. Scott most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Calero Software prior to the merger with MDSL. Prior to joining Calero, Scott led the technology and operations organizations as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at FirstLight Fiber, a portfolio investment of Riverside Partners and Oak Hill Capital.

Eric Martorano

As President & CRO at Calero, Eric leads the overarching strategy and execution of all Go-To-Market functions. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future in close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and Board. With a relentless focus on sustainable growth, Eric is responsible for expanding Calero’s global market presence, enhancing customer and partner experiences, and aligning cross-functional teams around clear operational goals to drive long-term profitability and success.
With over 30 years of experience in global revenue leadership, Eric brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and scaling businesses across the technology landscape. His leadership style blends innovation, strategic thinking, and a passion for customer and partner success, honed through executive roles at companies such as Microsoft, Nextiva, Intermedia, and Simplilearn. Eric holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge.

Darian Hong
Darian Hong
Darian Hong brings a wealth of experience to Calero, spearheading all financial planning and management matters as well as client renewal operations, managed bill pay operations, risk management, and legal. With a robust background in managing large finance organizations, operations, sales, and product management, Darian has driven financial excellence and growth at notable companies like Raintree Systems, Act!, WebPT, Velocify, and AT&T. Holding an MBA from USC and a bachelor’s in economics from UC Irvine, he is poised to lead Calero to new heights.

Simon Mendoza
Simon Mendoza
Simon joined Calero in 2003 as part of the Development Team after graduating from the University of Cambridge with an MA in Computer Science. He drove the development of a number of key technologies, including Calero’s e-billing handler architecture, which led to the rapid growth of Calero’s TEM offering. He now has responsibility for aligning the company’s IT policy with its overall business direction.

Sidra Berman

Sidra comes to Calero with an extensive background in global B2B technology marketing having driven market share growth at companies including parcelLab, Engageware, Axiom, and Tangoe. Sidra brings a unique combination of both fast-paced, start-up marketing experience with industry-specific knowledge of the TEM industry that aligns with Calero’s commitment to innovation and superior customer outcomes. Holding an MBA from University at Maryland and a bachelor’s in economics from Tufts University, she is positioned to lead Calero to new heights.

Nicola started with the company in 2002 as a key member of the Veropath organization, which was ultimately acquired by Calero in 2018. During these 22 years of service & dedication, Nicola has demonstrated a passion and commitment for the three critical ingredients of our success – the customer, our employees, and the technology. These 2+ decades of success have been achieved through Nicola’s hands-on problem-solving approach ~ in the trenches shoulder-to-shoulder with the rest of the team.

With almost 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Jason brings a strategic and results-driven approach to executive sales leadership. As SVP of Channel and Mid-Market Sales at Calero, he leads high-performing teams and drives global revenue growth through innovative, customer-centric strategies.
Throughout his career, Jason has built a reputation as a visionary leader who values authenticity, collaboration, and long-term partnerships. He’s passionate about unlocking potential—both within his teams and for Calero’s partners—by creating tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.
At Calero, he empowers organizations with a comprehensive suite of technology business management solutions, including Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Managed Mobility Services (MMS), and SaaS Management.
Outside of work, Jason channels his competitive spirit into ultra-endurance sports like Ironman training and long-distance cycling.

Andres brings an entrepreneurial approach and wealth of expertise in conceptualizing and accelerating products to market, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction. Having developed and implemented new technologies including the Enterprise Network Visualization feature in the Calero.com platform, he leads a team of innovative product experts in strategic planning that delivers market-leading technology expense management to our consumers.
