Chris Jurasek is an inspiring and innovative leader with expertise guiding business transformation and achieving sustainable success in challenging markets. As President and CEO of Calero, he leverages his strong process knowledge and broad business experience to drive continuous improvement and performance breakthroughs that deliver exceptional value to Calero customers. Chris has more than 26 years of experience helping enterprises improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in a broad range of global markets including telecommunications, professional services, and manufacturing.
Scott Forbes, Executive Vice President & General Manager, Products
Scott is a seasoned business executive with experience in software and services related to telecommunications operations and applications. With ownership for the full BU P&L, Scott establishes and manages strategic business objectives for sales, business partners, development, service support and delivery. He most recently served as VP Global Services for Coriant, an optical and data products company selling to top 50 global telecom services providers. He also brings significant experience from varied roles at AT&T, Lucent and Alcatel-Lucent.
Tripp Cox, Executive Vice President of Research & Development
As Executive Vice President of Research & Development, Tripp Cox leads the design and development of Calero’s software products and advanced analytics solutions. Tripp has more than 20 years of experience creating new products and leading technology organizations in the Internet services, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics markets. Prior to Calero, Tripp held technology executive roles at Illuminate360, SunTrust, Damballa, EarthLink, and MindSpring.
Dave Winters, Chief Financial Officer & VP, Administration
As our CFO, Dave Winters is primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the company, financial planning and record-keeping, as well as, financial reporting to higher management. Dave also oversees our IT and HR functions. Prior to joining Calero, he was CFO for Mycom, a $95 million cellular telecommunications service provider that is also a Clearlake portfolio company.
Prior to Mycom, Dave was the CFO for several private equity owned companies including IntelliOne and Pure Medspa, which were Genuity Capital Partners portfolio companies.
Tom DeClerck, Chief Information Officer
Tom, our CIO, is responsible for business application development, infrastructure, network and security, ERP, data warehouse, and systems operations. He aligns Calero’s technology investments with our business goals to create solutions and opportunities that drive growth. Before joining Calero, Tom was the CIO for the Superior Group. Along with a master’s degree in Electro-Optical Engineering from the University of Dayton, Tom holds several technology certifications and has earned four U.S. patents.
Andrew Taylor, VP of Global Sales
As Vice President of Global Sales, Andrew is responsible for leading Calero’s direct and channel sales and customer success programs. By promoting a culture of collaboration and consultation in all phases of customer engagement, Andrew enhances Calero’s role as trusted advisor and assures outcomes that exceed customer expectations. Previously Andrew served as Vice President of DMI (Digital Management, Inc.), a world-wide, end-to-end mobility company.
Scott Davis, VP of Marketing
Scott Davis is the VP of Marketing. With over 15 years in the software and communication industries, he is passionate about impacting the world and our lives, through technology. Davis can often be found as a regular contributor to various industry blogs, white papers and other thought leadership channels on the topics of software, analytics and business intelligence.
Davis held leadership positions at SAP, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Albert Spell, VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Albert oversees day-to-day operations to support our growth and profitability, with a focus on strategic planning and goal-setting. He has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications services businesses. Most recently, Albert served as Assistant Vice President at BlueStream Professional Services, a KGP Company. Albert earned a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
Larry Foster, Product Strategy & Vision
Larry Foster, Product Strategy and Vision, integrates market knowledge, strategic insight and a strong user focus to help our organization create cutting-edge products that deliver exceptional value for our customers. He also oversees our customer product advisory function. Larry held previous technology leadership positions as IT Director, Business Consultant, VP of Operations and VP GM of PAETEC Software Corp.
In March of 2015, Larry was inducted into the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA) Hall of Fame.
