Calero Customers From Around the Country Network With Peers and Sharpen Their Skills at Calero World 2014
Three-day conference in September drew hundreds to Austin, TX for peer-to-peer collaboration
and user training on all aspects of Calero’s Enterprise Communications Management solutions
Rochester, NY (Oct. 2, 2014) – Calero Software, a leading provider of Enterprise Communications Management solutions, announced today that the Calero World User Training Conference, held last week in Austin, TX was a success by all standards – including those of the customers who attended.
More than 180 Calero customers from across the country attended the unique event, taking advantage of the opportunity to network with peers and learn how to better utilize their Calero solutions to deliver more value to their organizations. Calero solutions help customers maximize the value of their external communications investments, manage their internal IT environments, and optimize their overall communications usage.
During the 3-day Calero World event, attendees were able to choose from more than 50 sessions including best practices, customer presentations, panel discussions, and user group roundtables. Guest speakers included Tom Eagle, Research Director with Gartner Technology and Service Provider Group, and Doug Keeley, CEO and Chief Storyteller, The Mark of a Leader. Special events included a Customer Appreciation Night, featuring a Texas-style barbecue dinner and prize raffles.
