Calero PINNACLE Version 6.7.0 SP5 is Now Available

Calero is excited to announce our latest service pack release for the Calero PINNACLE application – Version 6.7.0 SP5 is now available. Leveraging the Agile methodology, Calero jumped from SP3 to SP5 in order to add a few more critical items into the application without holding them up for the next service pack release.

Some of the new features include:

Expanded Granular Automated Reconciliation

Multiple active vendor accounts per vendor and service can now be assigned on the same service for the same vendor, with the condition that each vendor account number is unique.  This includes a “Conflicts” error suppress option, and allows end users to create two active Vendor Service records.  An example would be AT&T Long Distance and AT&T Local.


Local Calling Zones Updates

You can now automatically update your local zone exchanges through a self-extracting zip file that is available for download on the PINNACLE Hub.

With every release, we publish new content to the PINNACLE Knowledge Portal. To find the content created specifically for this release, log into the Knowledge Portal and

  • Apply the .Documentation filter
  • Once the search results are returned, navigate to the “Filter By Attributes” section on the left
  • Click on Doc Type, and then select 6.7.0 SP5 from the list of product version
